Jiggers. Bugs that get into the skin and under the nails. Have to be dug out. This is Frank's foot. One of our children. We purchased shoes for him to go to King Solomon school. Eddie the driver, put oil from the car, on Frank's toes to try and get rid of the jiggers. Don't know if it worked.
Our nursery school children need shoes too, but they run about $15 US a pair and we have 36 kids.
