8 children going to King Solomon School - we need sponsors

These 8 children are now registered at King Solomon School.  They have to walk a few miles everyday but seem happy to do it.  We supplied them with their backpacks, notebooks, brooms, toilet paper, and their shoes.  They get one meal a day at lunch.  Their uniforms are paid for even though they don't have them yet.  We also gave each a long bar of soap used to wash their uniforms as well as to wash themselves.
We need sponsors $200 a child.  or 3 installments of $67 or $17 a month.
8 children received their cup and plate to bring to primary school for their lunch.  In the back Ivan Nsera,  Geri Sutts and George.

Each of the 8 children received a pair of shoes to go to school.  Some have never walked in shoes before.

3 year olds who need sponsors

I have two 3 year olds in the school due to the fact wrong dates were put down.  I can't very well take them out of the school.  I will indicate which two are in our Nursery School.
It is my hope that we can build on another classroom to accomodate the 3 year olds.  Most just sit around outside waiting for their siblings who are in our school.  Sponsor a child and help start a classroom for them.  They do get 2 meals a day from us.
Sponsor a child for just $150 a year.  3 payments of $50 or $13 a month.

We brought Dan and his younger brother Gord to the hospital.  They were both diagnosed with malnutrition and malaria.  We were able to get them the appropriate medicine and they are eating the 2 meals a day with us.  Mom is working with us and volunteering washing the dishes after both meals.  She is even getting our 7 jeri cans of water a day (about 5 miles away) 3 to 4 trips, to make some money at 300 UGS (15 cents a can).  She is trying.

7 and 8 year olds who need sponsors

Here are 7 year olds and 8 year olds who need sponsors.  The 8 year olds should be going to primary school but we don't have the funds to send them yet.  Perhaps in the new year.
Sponsoring a child for the Nursery school is $150 a year which gives them 2 meals a day, a uniform, teachers, and some school supplies.
Sponsoring a child to go to a Primary School is $200 - less than $20 a month.
Please spread the word.
Mukwaya Henry
8 years
A new addition for us.  Should  be registered in Primary School but we have no funds.  Maybe for January.  $200 would get him registered for the year and a uniform and books and backpack and shoes.

Ronald Muyimah
7 years
Ronald's mother died while I was in the village.  He is the oldest of 4 children left orphaned.  They were not on our list for SACU initially but how could we not have them in the program??
